Mortgage Holiday Pitfall !!! BEWARE

So, the update and conclusion is ....
I took a call from the Nationwide Building Society this morning. They have agreed with my complaint and have amended the start date of the mortgage holiday period without impact on my credit rating. They have also offered £50 compensation for any stress caused.
