Halifax Reward May 2020 payment

Has anyone received their May 2020 reward payments yet? If so, when did you receive them? Mine are missing, for the first time in several years. No change to monthly deposit or to DDs.

I called them and they didn't know what the reason for my missing payments were. They have now credited them manually.

Yes, I received two too. I spoke to them via online chat, weren't sure why that had happened and was told to leave enough in the account in-case one of the payments got reversed. My decision has to be made by May 15th? to take effect from June 1st, but I have read others have longer to make their decision for a July 'switch' deadline. I'm calling it a switch, but really it's a stay or a downgrade!!

It makes no difference which tranche you are in, Halifax will make the last traditional reward payment in July to you; or if not you, then someone else.Katiehound said:
