We recently brought two settles from Laura Ashley. After two months one settee has snapped a middle brace so we cannot use it. We rang Customer Services Three weeks ago who stated that they were in administration and to ring back in 2/3 weeks. We have done this but they now don, t take telephone calls. The do not answer our emails. Credit Card Company say they cannot help until Laura Ashley offer a solution.
We are left not able to use a very expensive settee and no way forward. Any ideas how I can progress this. ?
