My parents want to pay for an extension on my home so they can live with me if needed. Are there any tax or inheritance reasons while they are still alive or afterwards?

    More suitable for the death / probate board where the members are clued up on it.
    Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
