Feel like ive been scammed!!! I have been waiting over 3 months for a successful claim against Carphone Warehouse. Every time i contact (Barings) them i get the some email telling that they will pass it on to the accounts team. 3 months ive been waiting!! They said they would send me a cheque 2 months ago and it never arrived. So they said that they would then pay it into my bank asap. 4 weeks later still no payment and now refusing to even respond to my messages!!! Surely it doesnt take this long to pay someone??? I feel that they have stolen from me or that ive been scammed and expecting to have money bank account emptied. I would be grateful for your advice.

If Barings are a claims company and this is a PPI complaint, they won't get the money.  They just posted the letter for you.

You need to contact Carphone Warehouse directly if you have a complaint or are expecting redress.

Who are you expecting to empty your bank account and why?
