Thanks everybody, it has been fifteen days since I made the order, and a week ago today that it should have been delivered. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt over the weekend, and if there is still no communication from then on Monday morning I'll try the chargeback in the afternoon. Just checking, is that fifteen straight days, or working days?
    Thanks again all of you.

    Calendar days (in my opinion).

Might be a daft question but does charge back goods value include delivery ?
Seems convenient that total cost was £135 which included delivery £36 - so product cost was actually £99
Chargeback works on the amount that debits your account. Unlike S75 which is item cost. So in your case covers delivery, so long as it is all one debit.

Spoke to the bank, they were very helpful. Apparently it's fifteen calendar days from the original expected/promised delivery date, which is fair enough, so I need to wait a few more days, the lady at the bank said there shouldn't be any problem, especially as I have lots of emails as evidence, and it not being a small parcel that could have gone astray.
    Thanks again everyone, most helpful.
