  • Please help advise how to contact them. Only info is how to pay. Fine is more than I earned that day’

Get your store manager to get this cancelled. If not email the Lidl MD Christian Haertnagel - do a forum search on his name and you'll find his email address. In the process of finding it, read some other Lidl/Athena cases and see how easy they are to win.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

The newbies thread at the top of yhre index page tells youu what to do.

It is not a fine, it is an invoice from an ex-clamper to compensate them for the alleged harm they suffered when you did what you did. We call it a scam. Pay them not a penny unless a judge so orders it.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully, when life gets back to normal, it will become impossible for those scammers who are left to continue their vile trade, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

This is easy and the same as all the other Lidl Athena threads.   Read some!

Appeal does not work, but the complaint to Lidl, does, and if you were working there then it can certainly be cancelled by Lidl, easy peasy.

No-one PAYS Athena, no-one actually worries about these.
