Bounce Back Loan Approved?

Just wondered how quickly people are getting confirmation that their BBL has been approved? I am a self-employed Sole-trader and applied with Santander at 8.30 this morning. It gave me an application number and said I'd get approval via email usually within 24 hours. Nothing yet. Has anyone had their loan confirmed or declined for any reason?

Santander have already paid out to some with business banks and ltd companies, so maybe they are easier to check or computer approved to pay out.  maybe more manual checks for sole trader / personal accounts before approval/ decline.

If you don't here anything once the 24 hours has past either give them a call or if your an existing customer you could send a secure message through the online banking service.

I also applied with Santander yesterday morning, still haven't heard anything.

Applied with Lloyds yesterday, money is in my account. No email or text, I just checked the account and it was there

We are currently reviewing your application and will be in contact as soon as possible
.....
Presumably a holding email while they work their way through apps.

I had the same email at 22.30, be interesting to see what tomorrow brings.
