Eventbrite - Purchased Event

I purchased an event for my husband in Dec 2019, due to take place Jan 20, without notice the event was cancelled and replanned for March.  Needless to say that was cancelled. As it stands there is no re-planned date for the event, no contact from Eventbrite other than to repeatedly decline my refund request. I have attempted to contact the event organiser to no avail, after 3 attempts with no response, went back to Eventbrite who told me they just sell the tickets and the refund decision is up to the event provider (who is uncontactable).  Eventbrite is not regulated, I believe that as I purchased the event ticket through them my contract is with them, they have broken the contract for failing to provide the event in a timely manner. The first event was cancelled in Jan which was prior to Covid-19. Can anyone advise me on how to proceed, they just keep saying no by way of an automated email but I know I’m entitled to my money back I just dont know how to go about it.  There are many other people in the same boat reading their social media posts and Trustpilot, any advice would be greatly received
