Hi, I’ve bought tickets for Westlife this year which has been postponed while next year. I can’t go to that, can I get a refund instead?

I am pretty sure while tickets are valid for rearranged dates you can claim a refund if you prefer.0

When the Take That concerts were rearranged following the Manchester Arena bombing, there was an option to cancel and refund instead of selecting tickets for the new dates; I had to take the refund as the new dates clashed with a pre-booked holiday.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls
