Amex card in credit

Hi, can somebody tell me if it’s okay to have my Amex card in credit? I was given a refund after paying my statement, it’s only for £45.00 but can I just leave it on there until I go shopping next week

    Yes.
Or you can ask them to transfer it to your bank or credit it to another Amex card, if you have one.

Thanks D3xt3r... It’s just that I use the card for shopping so wondered if there’d be a problem if I just left it.

There won't be a problem if your card is in credit from a refund. My Amex was in credit for two months after a refund. I kept spending on it until the credit was used up, rather than faffing around asking for a refund.

Thanks, that’s what I was hoping to do.
