Bounce back loans

has anyone used the HSBC feeder account please, and with what degree of success. I’m struggling with phone numbers.

Please can anyone advise? We have an existing business bank overdraft facility and are currently using a small percentage of that facility. Would we lose the business overdraft facility altogether if we were to have a successful application for a Bounce Back business loan, or could both facilities run along side each other? We can’t find any clear answer on the bank’s website and have spent hours on hold waiting to speak to someone by ‘phone, to no avail. Any advice or help would be much appreciated, thank you.

Lloyds left my overdraft alone, I think they are two separate things.

No after that email the next day the funds arrived in my account, no other communication or requests!
