Falling through the cracks

Hi, I run a riding school from rented premises but I am not the ratepayer, my landlady is, so am not eligible for the government grants. I cannot furlough all my staff as they are needed to care for the horses. I cannot take out a loan as we make very small profit margins and I am afraid I wouldnt be able to pay it back. We have zero income. I understand zoos (a parallel with our situation) have some emergency help - but not us. Does anyone know of any other way we can get help? We are crowdfunding but there is a huge shortfall in meeting feed and care bills. TIA
