I have been on furlough since 2/4/2020. I am now over 4 weeks into it. Can my company get me back into work before the second block of furlough ends,ie before the six week is up?

It's not in blocks of three weeks it's for a minimum of three weeks - so, yes, your employer can ask you to return. They could have asked you to return within less than three weeks - it would just mean that they couldn't reclaim the money from HMRC.1

yes, your company can end your furlough at any time
the minimum time for a claim is a block of 3 weeks, but then they can claim for any amount over that, it doesn’t have to be terminated only at the 3/6/9 week point1 -
You are furloughed for a minimum of 3 weeks, so unless you had a break inbetween, then yes they can. Even if you did have a break they can still recall you they just don't get the money from the CJRS.1
