Identify Central Heating Programmer

Can anyone help me idenify the make/model of this central heating programmer and where on earth there may be instructions online? There's nothing on the unit to identify it. Thanks!

Yes, thank you! It's a Randall 103 I believe, I had also asked in another forum and have managed to find instructions. I'd never have guessed how to work it without them, thankfully these things are manufactured much more user friendly these days.

How to operate a central heating programmer
    1. Remove the annoying flap off the front.
    2. Lose the manual
    3. Lose the annoying flap
    4. Find you need to change something on the programmer
    5. Realise you don't have the manual
    6. Decide to google the manual
    7. Realise the model number was inside the annoying flap

Can I ask where you found the instructions? I have a Randall 102E7 (same age / era as your model). I realise this is a bit of a long shot given that this post is 3 years old...

    maybe THIS is it.

  • Thanks for this (sorry, this didn't pull through to my emails until now for some reason...). Unfortunately it's not quite the same model - the one I have is the same as the original post but it has an additional vertical rocker switch beneath the "On" light to switch between just water and water & heating... All of the manuals that I can find for the 102E7 have slightly less buttons and the rocker switch orientated horizontally... very frustrating!
