Airtime Parking should be avoided!

Has anybody used airtime parking before for Heathrow? We found it on Looking4Parking through MSE as they had a promotion. We went on holiday at the beginning of February 2020 (which feels like last year already!) Terrible service, their office looked like it had been rammed by something and boarded up badly. Customer keys and reg number details left in an unattended and unsecure office. Rude and unprofessional staff and the best bit, they never picked us up from the airport and lost my car as they had the wrong pick up date on their paperwork even though when I checked in I had the correct date. Really put a dampner on the holiday! Stay well clear!
