Can a company "Monster VPN" take an annual active subscription from my paypal account without sending me a reminder?

    If you no longer want it then go into your paypal account It's under "Pre Approved Payments" and cancel it for next year.
    Nothing you can do about this years, unless Company will refund you.

    Companies do not have to tell you they are renewing. But did you check your spam/junk folder?
