Online Banking Access Query

I have been accessing my Spanish bank account from the UK for a long time now using Chrome browser with Win 10.
I now cannot access it using Chrome.
I enter my access pass codes etc but the web page just sits there, does not even attempt to connect.
If I use Firefox I can access it no problem.
Only thing different would be Chrome browser updates I suppose.
Any ideas what the problem could be ??
Update
If I use Chrome Incognito mode I get in.

This would be best discussed on the techie board. I would imagine it would be something in your security settings that is causing a problem. Most likely as a result of a botched software update...I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

I have an extension on Chrome called 'I don't care about cookies'.
Disabled that & all good now.

Do you have any extensions enabled in Chrome? Ad blocker, pop up blocker, cookies block, etc?greyteam1959 said:I have been accessing my Spanish bank account from the UK for a long time now using Chrome browser with Win 10.
