PCP car agreement
My PCP contract with Nissan had another seven months to go in February. Nissan offered me a better deal to terminate the old agreement early and purchase a new car, PCP again. Unfortunately, due to the Coronavirus, I have not been able to collect the new car because the Nissan garage is close but I still been making the monthly payments (so far three in total) on the old car. Only paid £250 deposit in February but no agreement was signed. This was going to happen when I collected the new car. What are my rights now? Can I ask for a new, better deal/agreement? Can I now return the old car and look around for a better deal?
