Swimming lessons cancelled

Hi, due to coronavirus my child’s swimming lessons with Turtle Tots have been cancelled. She was due to start a 10 week set. I emailed for a refund but they told me they cannot give refunds out. They told me when they set classes back up if I cannot attend the they will reassess my request for a refund. But no guarantees. Am I entitled to a refund? The lessons were over £80. Thanks for any advice.

The FCA are meant to be looking into contracts that can't be fulfilled this week. There may be guidance coming soon.
