Hey, I am looking for advice, I have been keeping an eye on my credit score and it is showing my sisters name and credit cards/loans on my account, I have deleted the account and reset it up, it ask questions that would only relate to my information so I have no idea how it's getting her address and information on mine. I have never lived at the address it is showing. I have emailed them twice as this is affecting my score and showing very very low but I have not yet received a reply. There is no number to contact them just email, is this a breach of data protection? What can I do to sort it as emailing them has clearly not worked.
Thanks for the help in advance.

Do you and your sister have the same names, or are you twins sharing the same birthday?
Do you have the same 'shared data' problem with all three of your credit files?

No, different birthdays, age difference between us, and different surnames as she is married, it's only showing on one of them, she has signed up and it's not showing on hers just mine, I set it up while with her and the answers I put in wouldnt of been connected to her.

Do remember your score isnt important here, whats important is the history eg your data like addresses are correct.
  • Its added her addresses and I cant remove them, it added them automatically with her name and connected to her husbands name, I can see all of her credit cards/loans and finance statements with her address, I'm worried as if this is showing on my credit score it's going against me, I'm currently saving to buy a house and am worried its going to fail because of this when it comes to doing a background check, she also isnt happy that they are allowing all her information and I can see everything she has outgoing which is completely understandable.
