We have ajust been told that a friend has recently got £10,000 landed in their bank (says they don't need to pay this back) for a brand new self employed business which has no income on the books nor no HMRC returns. They are also employed by a very well know car dealership and receiving 80% of his wage.... i should point out that the business which recieved the £10,000 is still trading ... is this right??
