Window sill repair and Crack in step repair

Hi, I am in the process of fixing some things in my flat and wondered if anyone would have a rough guess on the cost for a builder to fix a Crack in my window sill and a very fine crack in my step. I have included some pictures. - I would appreciate any advice around cost. Thanks in advance.

If the pieces on the window sill comes away in one piece use Araldite Rapid to repair it then brush/sand/clean/scrub etc all the dirt away, use a stabiliser on the the bare  surface then paint with decent masonry paint.
The bottom step just looks like it needs a good clean and paint along with the rest of the window sills
    Araldite £4.50 screwfix
Sandtex Stabiliser 2.5 Lt £18 toolstation cheaper brands about £10
Sandtex Masonary paint 2.5 lt £29 ish cheaper brands available

So £52 and the outside window sill and steps will look brand new.......Plus a bit of elbow grease

You may have to ease/jiggle/pull the window sill pieces out with a screwdriver/thin blade etc pulling it away from the frame and sealant. Also give the black areas a good clean/stabiliser and paint as well

Going to need quite a bit of adhesive for that repair. I'd go for something that can be injected in to the gap.. Possibly - https://www.screwfix.com/p/fischer-fis-v-hybrid-mortar-resin-360ml/88507 - Give the sill a real good scrub with a wire brush and vacuum up the debris. This will enable you to see the full extent of the cracking so you have a better chance of sealing all of it.

One pack of the araldite contains 2 x 15 tubes more than enough for that size crack

I used about half the pack for a repair of similar size......dried solid primed then painted and looking very good

If it were me doing the repiar I would drill in from the end of the cill and put a very long screw in, frame bolt perhaps? I have used 160mm long ones, they may be available longer.   Then fill the crack before tightening the screw.
