The holiday I booked was advertised in the Daily Mail travel section of their paper.
The agent was TRAVELINE
They are refusing to give me a complete refund.
My question is
Are the Daily Mail liable as they carried the advert.
Regards Keith Mitcheall

Of course they arent. Thats like saying ITV would be liable if you got food poisoning from visiting McDonalds after seeing their advert on TV 😂0

would you expect Google to be liable for any adverts that are found in a search?keithirism said:Are the Daily Mail liable as they carried the advert.1 -
well the Daily Mail can't even get it's news pages correct and doesn't take any liability for that!
