Due to reduced working hours what do you do if those on furlough are earning more than you but you’re actually going into work?

Unfortunately not much I don't think. There are people up and down the country who are working on reduced hours, pay, while colleagues stay away from work on 80% pay.Its incredibly frustrating for people, but the long term view has to be the hope that the measures taken by any business will result in no/less redundancies in the long run.2

Not a lot you can do. One of the many issues with the furlough scheme.

OP, are you talking about 'other people' in general, or specific work colleagues? If the former, there is nothing at all you can do. If the latter, you can only try to appeal to your employers sense of fairness and decency!
If you are now very short of money, you can look at claiming UC with the usual provisos (savings, partner's income, effects on tax credits etc). It's not difficult!

'Wonder' - to feel curious.1
