Great outcome.  Follow the regulars’ guide for the amount to claim - which I suppose must be seen to be reasonable !

Send an email to the parking company asking for payment within 14 days. I would include bank account and sort code and ask to be paid direct.
Was the legal team Gladstones?  If so, and the parking company does not respond, I have a direct contact and if you don’t get paid,  come back and tell us - I would be pleased to help you recover what is due to you!  Maybe we could add on £60 (kidding).

That is brilliant of the court.  Had you not yet filed & served your costs?

You need to file and serve a Summary Costs Assessment listing your hours of time at £19 per hour (or higher if you earn more than that per hour - that is the standard LiP rate for everyone whether they work or not but if you can show you eanr more then set all that out).  Plus your postage if any, and trips to court, if any and other costs.

Ah, I remember your case, they were issuing PCNs on Local authority highway I seem to recall:

Search the forum for Summary Costs Assessment - copy one and adapt it and sign/date it and send it firstly to UKCPM and ask for a cheque within 14 days or you will refer the matter back to the Judge.

Make it in the hundreds, for shedloads of hours spent on all the claims.
    Attach the Order.

Also please report UKCPM to the DVLA for issuing PCNs on Council land, suing you several times over and then discontinuing all the claims once sussed:

    ccrt@dvla.gov.uk
    and

    KADOEservice.support@dvla.gov.uk

Show them all your evidence and tell them you are taking the complaint to them because the IPC make themselves pretty much uncontactable by the public, and you do not trust them due to their close connection to Gladstones who filed these claims, and this is such a serious allegation that you need to be sure the IPC can't hide it from the DVLA and that UKCPM should be banned (again).

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Correct, except that the Costs Schedule should be sent to UKPC's legal representatives (SCS Law?) as well, they will be the ones receiving / paying any Judgment Order on behalf of their client.

Also, state that you will refer the matter back to the Court, rather than the Deputy District Judge who issued that order; many DDJs only sit at particular courts infrequently, whereas any of the regular Judges at that Court can deal with your application, and issue a further Order for payment of a specific amount.
Have you not got your glasses on this morning it's a UKCPM case so its Gladstones case......

D'oh! Yes, now found glasses and edited the post.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

I am curious Linda.  On the DQ etc, did it give the name of the person at Gladstones acting for UKPCM?

Yes, I've taken your advice to file and serve the costs to court. Gladstones contacted me and offered a smaller amount to settle the cases. I'll accept it as I don't wanna spend more time on it.
Will report them as you suggested to help victims in the future.
Can't think you enough for your help and the forum. I knew nothing about fighting with them in the beginning and followed your advice step by step. Finally we defeated UKCPM and the solicitors together!

Thanks. Gladstones have contacted me regarding the compensation. It's less than what I requested but I'm going to accept it.
Truly appreciate your advice along the journey of fighting with them.
