Credit Card Protection - Holiday Villa

We booked a villa on one credit card of mine and the flights on another. The flights have been refunded fully by BA but the villa company is not providing refunds or vouchers (changed in recent days). Some of us have travel insurance which should cover the villa but not everyone. Does anyone know if Consumer Credit Act Section 75 could be called upon in this instance to take it up with the Credit Card Company, and if so, would it be for the credit card I paid the villa for (despite ville contract not being cancelled) or the credit card used for flights (on basis of consequential loss related to villa)?
Thanks, Steve

The important question on any refunds due, where and when was the villa, do you know if you were able to stay if you got there?
Any S75 would be on the credit card you paid with.
Will answer you fully once I have more info.
