Refund for theatre show delayed by COVID 19

Hi all,

I was meant to have gone to the theatre on the 18th of April to watch Derren Brown which was rescheduled due to the crisis.  I have emailed BHLive asking for a refund but they have come back saying they are waiting on advice from the promoter.

My question is; am I entitled to a refund in the instance of rescheduling? and what can I do to progress?  I am unable to attend the new date and would like the the refund to clear the £200+ debt from my credit card.
