I am living in France.  I had an event in London 12 May.  This has been cancelled.  Don't know if I can go next yr or when it would be next yr. Also flights cancelled (booked seperately).  Hotel.com email asking do I want to keep the booking, i.e. go to hotel, or cancel and get a voucher valid for 1 Yr.  Booking was a no refund thing.  Do I have the legal right to a refund given the reasons why I can't go?  Need to do something by Weds. 5 May.
