Pausing or refund of travel insurance

I currently have an annual multi trip policy, I have been with my current provider for about five years consecutively. My current policy expires on Feb 2021. I had three holidays booked this year and so far have negotiated refunds on two of them and currently negotiating the third one and it looks like I will be successful on that one too. I therefore shouldn't have to claim anything on my policy. I have no intention of booking any  further holidays this year regardless of the lockdown being lifted at anytime.
To your knowledge, has  there been any information  / examples of insurance companies providing a refund or allowing clients to pause or suspend their policy until things get back to normal?

It's up to the insurance company how they handle it.
Some are saying, no refunds or extensions.
Some are giving part refunds,  they are dotted over this site.
I would ask  your insurance company can do for you.

Thought that would be the case, just wondering if anyone had any info as trying to get through to them is very time consuming at this time..
