Read through the original T&C's from the solicitors to see who the complaints partner / manager* is then send and email to them, in the subject header write Complaint - (ref number) and carefully set out a timeline from date of completion until now.
Don't accuse the solicitor of anything as it's just all guesswork, explain you are concerned it's not yet registered in your name(s) and also with the mortgage lenders mortgage registered (if there is one) and ask for a full breakdown of what has been done, what the position of registration is and when it's expected to be registered, being mindful of delays due to how the solicitors and land registry are working at the moment.

lauren341 - thanks for letting me have the specific details
Our records show that we received an application last year and captured that in our systems on 21 August last year. Unfortunately it was rejected as incomplete
We added a fresh application on 9 March under provisional title HP844752. That’s still with us so the fault as presumably rectified.Unfortunately Covid 19 has then impacted so it’s likely to be several weeks still until it’s considered/processedThe key point to make is that your purchase is protected as we have the application. The wider issues re lodgement, rejection and timescales since are all matters to raise with your solicitor. Hope that helps“Official Company Representative
