They might have a case if you claimed under Section 75 of the credit card act (because of the wording in the Act, but this different.
Your service for a Chargeback is the flight, not them booking it.
I will try and have a look for more info and update it when /if I find any relating to travel agents.

What if I booked through a travel agent?
For chargeback rights, it does not matter if you book via a travel agent or directly with the service provider. If you fail to get what you paid for, it is likely you will be able to claim using chargeback.

Thanks again for your help! I also spoke to my bank today who told me that if the worst came to the worst and they appealed the chargeback and won, I would still be eligible for the voucher..0
