Legal Action Recovery from DCBL!

Just need some advice and guidance, a letter was sent to me a couple of weeks ago from DCBL stating I failed to pay them for a outstanding balance of £110. On the back it states this case is not subject to High Court or Bailiff action but overall the tone of the leets seems threatened. Their clients is First Parking for which apparently I parked without displaying a blue badge at a hospital, but where I had parked there was no disable bay markings nor sign in that particular parking bay at all, this is what I can recall. I missed out on appealing to POPLA as the date to appeal has expired, I had been unwell during the lead up to my right to appeal due to medical reasons and was undergoing therapy. Not sure what I can do from here, i'm worried that DCBL will take my car etc. Welcome any advice, shall I complain to PALS?

This is a DCBL Letter like in the all the other DCBL threads. Cars can't be seized and this is not bailiffs.
However, INSIST PALS get this scam PCN cancelled immediately.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just another daft letter from DCBL using scary words. They have to take you to court first, and that's only a county court who are currently spanking these scammers
They got one thing right though >>>> "this case is not subject to High Court or Bailiff action"
Guess DCBL have not heard about lockdown ........ Bailiffs right now have been put to sleep ???
Just shows how daft they are. If you get a letter before claim, then come back here so we can help you spank them1 -

Debt collectprs are powerless please do some research on the private car parks scam and read the newbies.at the top of the index page.Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully, when life gets back to normal, it will become impossible for those scammers who are left to continue their vile trade, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
"Not sure what I can do from here, i'm worried that DCBL will take my car etc"Well they can't as stated above, PPC's in my view have started using DCBL due to their notoriety on the awful channel five TV programme; Can't Pay? We'll Take It Away but in your case they are just greedy Muppets chancing their arm Ignore them!
