Welcome to the forum.Unfortunately your information is far, far too brief and cryptic. Are you referring to electricity? Are you saying you've paid all the bills but you're being double billed? You really need to make things clear, you can't expect us to be mind readers. And if you can't sign in, how did you post this?1

My apologies. I had to create a new account. The spreadsheet is for electric.
I believe the original meter was faulty and running fast. They did a test and said it was running slow. I have seen no report. They replaced the meter. Since adding the new meter usage has halved without any changes of appliances. I have accrued a debt and now on a prepayment meter. Replacement meter was put in 11/6/19. As you can see on spreadsheet after 11/6/19 usage a lot lower. I hope that makes sense.0 -

How did they test the meter? Was it in situ or was it sent away for testing.1

At home.
"We have been advised by the local Meter Operator that an engineer visited your home on 20 May 2019 and successfully performed a Meter Accuracy Portable Test on your electricity meter. The results of the meter test in their report was:
Performed MAT MSN F79E009062 type CREDIT constant pulse 150 Revs 10. Volts 238.90 standard time 56.71. act time 61.03. difference 4.32 meter accuracy 7.62 SLOW. read 06067.
Therefore, the meter was registering the electricity incorrectly as it was running slow. As this is outside of tolerance levels, we would require for the meter to be replaced so we would appreciate if you could advise us when you are available after 7 June 2019 for an engineer to exchange your meter.

Also, in your case, you seem to have periods of vastly changieng useage.
e.g. 1/10/17 TO 24/4/18 you calculated you used 82.42kWh per day on average
27/11/18 TO 10/1/19 you calculated you used 65kWh per day on average
What you don't invclude is that between those above dates you appeared to have used less than 50kWh per day
I think what is obvious from your electricity readings is that you use electricity for heating purposes.
Between 11/01/19 and 15/01/19, your meter readings suggest you used an average of over 144kWh per day, which equates to over 6kWh per hour on average over the entire 24 hours. I'm sure you would know what caused that amount of heat to be generated, and not something many people could afford to pay for on any electricity tariff.
Without any cost data, what leads you to suggest there has been any billing error by your supplier? Presumably they have billed you according to your meter readings as they are required to do. As they eventuially found your meter to have been running slow, they could have attempted to charge you extra for that period the meter was running slow, but you've not suggested they have.

You only quote one set of readings so I presume you do not have E7. It looks like you are using electricity for heating purposes - what form does this take ?- panel heaters, fan heaters, underfloor, a big boiler feeding a wet system with radiators …………. I expect you are also cooking and water heating by electricity. Other big items can be halogen lighting, electric showers, old freezers
What sort of property are you in - flat, semi, bungalow ? Old, new ?
There is nothing here to suggest wrong billing.
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1
