paying for a service when staff furloughed

Hi, We currently pay for a club each term (dance) and when lockdown began clearly the kids were no longer able to attend. They have missed in total 4 weeks of classes. The staff for the school have been furloughed during this time and they still want everyone to pay for the missed classes even though there were (quite rightly) no lessons and the staff were being paid through furlough.
Should we pay for these four weeks? If the staff were not furloughed I would feel like the answer would be yes, but knowing they were furloughed it feels wrong.

If you have a contract in respect of a service, and that service is not provided, you should not be charged. The CMA is looking at this issue in the light of practices by nurseries, wedding venues and the like.1

Is the 'newsflash' item about the CMA investigation of cancellation policies any useful guidance?0
