TSB Interest is incorrect this month

The interest on my TSB Classic Plus account credited to my account on 01/05/2020 is incorrect. I had £1,500 in there until 20/04/2020 when I moved £500 out.

However, my interest was only £2.44 which is equates to 20 days (£1,500 x 2.96% x 20/365). For some reason I have received no interest on the £1,000 in there from 20/4 to 30/4.

Has anyone else had any issues with their interest this month?

Thanks, but if I had not funded it with £500 during the month I would not have got any interest at all.

Hmmm, it's just I get a bit nervous when TSB suffers a glitch. Who knows what horrors they can unleash on us this time around!

Using your calculation RG2015 we should all have received £3.65 as comes out at £3.649.

Correct. When I have had £1,500.00 there for a full 30 day month I have indeed received £3.65.

£3.64 for both of us, as has been said here before there seems to be no rhyme nor reason to what goes on at TSB.

Not all banks take account of it, but 2020 is a leap year.
(I think Nationwide don't pay interest for 29 February.)
