Disneyland Paris package only offering credit notes valid until march 2021

Hi 
Our dream 3night hotel and park trip to Disneyland paris in mid may was cancelled but im only being offered a non refundable credit not until 31/3/21. Which is approximately 9months of which 6months is autumn/winter. This was a birthday trip for my 5&7 year old girls. I cant even rebook for their next birthday. Im a single mum. Please help as its bad enough dealing with disappointed children.

The credit note is valid until 31/03/2021but you can rebook for may next year with it .

Did you pay on credit card? If yes, start a section 75 claim as Disneyland Paris cannot provide the holiday which you paid for. Section 75 applies to foreign purchases paid online or telephone.

If on a debit card try a Chargeback,   but this isn't a legal right as S75 is on a credit card.
