IMO you are wasting your time, they will not read it. Send the appeal you can find in the newbies thread at the pop of the index page and save your powder for PoPLA or court.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully, when life gets back to normal, it will become impossible for those scammers who are left to continue their vile trade, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Mr Dance, as both the thread title and the post content tells you, this is an IPC scammer so there is no chance of a PoPLA appeal. In addition, the OP has already appealed.

Whilst the rest of your post is sound advice, you have already given it to the OP on their original thread. Mind you, I always said I would rather be told something twice than not at all.

Bas, please edit your post by clicking on the cog like icon in the top right of your post. Change both the title and replace all the text with, DUPLICATE THREAD.

To find your original post, click on your user name, click on Threads, then scroll down until you find your first thread then click on it.

You should have followed the advice given there by Redx.

This is your original thread, but please delete the text from this one first.

Bas, please delete your second post and edit your first as I already requested.
Having two threads for the same case is confusing.

Please stick only to your original thread and let this one die.
