Well it's upto you whether you want to take it further or not but I think alot of companies will be trying it on. If you do i think you should definitely try acas as they are really helpful. They can give you advice on what to say to your employer and if the issue dosnt get resolved they can intervene.0

Missed the 15 hours a week contract post you are still owed that for the weeks after furlough until he asked you to go back to work. The weeks from then he could probably argue you did not come back so that was your choice. However by the sounds of it it might not really be worth the hassle.0
