Green broadband cabinets - do they need planning permission?

They don't just plonk them anywhere, they have to go where the ducting & power are, & they're usually sited where they can't be an issue.
Have a look at the new ones that have appeared.

Good point. Usually near an old cabinet, near a pole or near a BT manhole.
