Refunds

I purchased products from Holland and Barrett On 16/3.  I was then told they were out of stock but they’d be coming. After a few weeks they said they were discontinued and they wouldn’t be sending them.  I’ve emailed multiple times and tried to contact by phone but it just rings and rings. I’ve had no refund for these items.  I also returned items and yet again, no refund. I understand they’re busy and staffing may be an issue but I’m now going to be paying interest on my credit card for items I don’t even have! Help!

Or you could pay your credit card bill thus not incur interest and wait for them to sort out the refund?

Or you could contact your card provider to source the refund as a chargeback due to no-delivery of the goods?
