blimey, this thread was on page 19  Must be that everyone is waiting for payday!!

I have managed to pay a bit off today, so have updated my signature - the good bit is that it was the final payment on OH egg card, so another one bites the dust for ever!!!

I am 67.26% of the way to paying off my £20k by Christmas........:D

  • Hi everyone.

Well done to everyone - I am in awe of some of the amounts being paid. Well done Taxi and Hypno on clearing a card - that must feel really satisfying.

No more payments to report for me - as Hypno said, I am, again, waiting for payday. Seem to living for payday these days, which is a bit depressing. I have to admit that I've never really been able to budget on monthly pay - it's such a long time! Many years ago, I had a job where I was paid weekly (in cash in a brown envelope :) ) and it all seemed so much simpler.

I'm off to think about budgeting better - perhaps I'll give myself a little brown envelope every Friday :) .

    Have a good day everyone.

All joking apart, polly, if brown envelopes are what it takes, then why not give it a try!

I have paid off £50 extra today - so all going well here!

Hi everyone..just updated sig to take account of payments today...loan payment £186.01 ..I also paid £40 off a card but didn't put it on here.
  • £25 for me too

I discovered that my minimum payment on the card that I accidentally paid £140 onto early (long story) is only £25 so things will be easier this month than I thought

One more month on minimums and then back to overpaying, I can't wait!!
