I have been waiting for a Christmas tree (real one) to be delivered. No sign of it. City link tried to deliver today..what? with an invisible van and invisible delivery bloke?
So annoyed, there is no way the tree will be much good on Monday. I have 4 very disappointed kids who were hoping to decorate a tree for the beginning of yule tomorrow.
So now I have to, get another tree, try to get money back from company on internet. (used these guys last year no problem)

CityLink can't find their own feet with both hands and a torch.
They've delivered to me several times - each time has required me contacting them to give directions. I believe it's because I live in a relatively new house - at just 120 years old, it's probably not on their systems yet.0 -
Perhaps this is your answer?
Also, I don't get why the tree will be no good on Monday...?
Hope you get sorted nonetheless.
well everyother delivery firm finds it. their excuse was....Oh the driver ran out of time! IT WAS GUARANTEED DELIVERY AND A TREE LEFT IN A WAREHOUSE OVER THE WEEKEND WILL BE NO GOOD BY THE MONDAY. As I kept telling them. The co I bought it from said, refuse delivery on Monday. So I did. (they found us Ok then) and I refused delivery again on tuesday!
Now despite delivery being refused and the co asking for the item to be taken back to them, the page has come up as POD signed. Like hell I did. am now waiting for refund. But as originating co have not recieved the tree back...argh!The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 10

I'm confused: did they "run out of time" or could they not find you ?0
