Disneyland Paris tickets

Hi, I purchased tickets for Disneyland Paris through Voyagin for April 2020. I have requested a refund but have been advised that as they are a platform I can not have a refund & the validity of my tickets will be extended for 1 year. I have explained that I may not be able to afford to go abroad in the next year. However, they state a refund is not possible.
Where do I stand? Is there a way I can get my refund?
