Theatre Tickets

I have theatre tickets for the 12th June, I received an email yesterday telling me the show had been postponed till 25th June 2021 it only gives me options of accepting that date, donate the full amount, donate a portion or have a credit to my venue account. I don't want any of the options as the theatre is over an hour away and we were only going to see a specific cast member who might not be in it next year - I am entitled to ask for a full refund ? Thank You

You should be entitled to a full refund, as they have not provided the service you paid for. Getting it is another matter.
  • tbh if you were going only to see a specific cast member then you were running the risk of being disappointed, pandemic or no pandemic.

What is a "venue account". Is that an account with just this theatre / group of theatres (i.e a credit note) or something else?
Normally any refund would have to be to the method of payment.

Does anyone have a contact telephone number/direct email address for Seetickets UK please ?
I live abroad and my flights to UK are cancelled and I need to cancel my theatre tickets.
All the numbers refer to the website.
When I put all my details in on the form, for the chat or to send an email,it says nothing is recognised.
I need to contact them urgently to cancel these tickets or I will lose all my money.
