Hackers Revolut

This is to inform customers that Hackers are out full force while people are in lockdown, I am a disable person and my Revolut bank account was hacked, customers of Revolut must be informed that Revolut do not have phone conversations or telephone contact numbers, these telephone numbers are coming from the Hackers betraying to be Revolut staff working in customer service, they are not part of Revolut Banking staff, the only way you can sort out your problems is through the chat app on your Revolut account . Revolut do have one automated phone number, but you can not speak to a person, and I am afraid the Hackers have managed to hack that number, so please be aware, if you have been asked to unistall Revolut and install it again, and if you cannot install Revolut, delete some apps off to free up space, and try to install it again. this what happened to me I could not install my Revolut account, and had no way to speak to them on the Chat app 24/7, I was hacked because I thought I was talking to Revolut banking staff, I total believed that Revolut was hacking my account, I got a call at 7pm from the automated phone number of Revolut which was showing on my phone and I was advised that this was showing on my bank card, which it was, I told him that the bank would not call me and especially at 7pm. I put the phone down, went to my chat app and asked if Revolut was contacting me, Revolut locked my account down, after some checks and selfies, and debate that I believed that Revolut was trying to hack my account, because the person I was talking to must have been in the Revolut London Office, I managed to unlock my account, but I had to unistall my Revolut and install it, the problem started I could not install it, and saw the Revolut telephone number customer service, I phoned and they installed my Revolut account, in the meantime they started hacking my account, and moving funds from Santander accounts to mine, they used my account to move in and out of my account they moved about £20,000.00 and took my money as well. Revolut total locked down my account and my chat app 24/ 7, I had no way now in contacting Revolut, I had to go through a friend that had a Revolut account to inform Revolut on behalf of myself, I managed to get the anonymous chat of my account, it was frustrating they were not getting back to me, so I went to the Financial Ombudsman and made a case against Revolut because I believed they were hacking my account and I am a disable person which made me more vulnerable to the coronavirus. Revolut has now sort out my account and when I look at the transactions that were made through my account, I opened one of the payments to see what bank it went to and to my surprise these transaction had a Revolut mobile phone numbers on them, so the question here is did Revolut Bank itself hack my account.

It's quite hard to follow all that (a few paragraph breaks might help), but it doesn't sound like hacking as such.
It sounds much more like a typical authorised push payment scam, assisted by some number spoofing to convince you that you were being called by Revolut - this doesn't mean that Revolut were 'hacked', it just means that fraudsters made phone calls disguised to look like they were coming from Revolut's numbers. You may have been persuaded to install a fake app along the way too - exactly what did they tell you to do when 'reinstalling'?0
