Furlough non-discretionary payments

My employer is planning for me to return to work. Salary and non-discretionary commission make up my contract. It is most likely that these commisions will be greatly reduced or become non-existant. Can I still work but claim for the commisions on the Furlough scheme? They were agreed and paid by Furlough last month. If I work for just the salary I will be considerably worse off than I am now on the Furlough scheme.

That is not possible. When furloughed you must do no work for your employer or anyone linked to or associated with your employer.0

If you would be worse off working than on furlough, it sounds like something has been calculated incorrectly. (Though I can see how commissions could affect that.)
Surely, the company is only re-opening because they thing they can make money and that means generating sales and then you will be earning commissions?
Overall, having work to go back to is a good thing and should be grabbed with open arms.0 -
This thread is a wind-up, right?0
