Missing refund

I wonder if anyone can help. I requested a refund for a segway tour I had booked in Palma, Spain which I had to cancel due to flight cancellations etc. They agreed a full refund on 21.3.20 and said it would appear in my account in 4-5 days. I am STILL waiting for it. I have since tried to email them and call them but to no avail. I assumed that for some time Spain was in lock down, but does that mean that they are not carrying out refunds or checking emails etc?! Does any one have any advice of what I can do next?
