Travelodge Closed - Should I get full cash refund?

I have a Travelodge booking for Friday 8 May, currently the Travelodge I am booked into is closed.
I can cancel my saver rate and get a voucher.
But having read their own T's & C's if they are closed I am entitled to a refund to the original payment method.
Anyone had any success with this?
I expect them to still be closed next Friday, and would prefer the money back to my card rather than a voucher.
I am waiting to see if there are still closed next week, before I cancel. As as far as I can see them cancelling triggers a full refund.
Thanks,
