RBS Business Banking charges since COVID

Has anyone had any luck in getting a hold on business bank account charges with RBS? I literally had to close my business like so many others on 17-3 and haven’t used my account etc but they’re still charging me £11-19 a month. I’ve contacted them but I’m not holding my breath....
I just wondered if anyone had any luck with their banks?

Barclays just put a note at my online banking screen saying they are offering free banking 13th March to 12th June - all automatically and no need for me to do anything.
It may be worth just waiting to see if RBS do something similar?
I have to be honest, although the sums for each account are relatively small, it does seem quite generous. For once, the banks are probably working hard and earning their fees, and will continue to do so as the number of queries rises and loan applications rise etc.0
